Terms of Use

1. Service and eligibility

The booking service is operated by VECTOR DYNAMIC SDN. BHD. You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter the transaction and have authority to book for the stated company or organiser.

2. Availability and booking confirmation

• Calendar availability can change until a slot is held. A selected slot is normally held for 15 minutes while booking details and payment are completed.
• A submitted form, order number or Billplz redirect does not by itself confirm the venue.
• A booking is confirmed only after the server verifies payment and the booking is shown as paid or confirmed. Duplicate payment callbacks do not create a second booking.
• Dates marked booked, blocked, held, expired or otherwise unavailable cannot be reserved through the public booking flow.

3. Prices, payments and receipts

Current package prices, add-ons, membership discounts, promotion discounts and security deposit are shown before payment. Amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise.

Online payment is handled through Billplz. Your use of Billplz may also be subject to its own terms and privacy notice. A payment shown by your bank but not yet verified by our server may require investigation before the booking is confirmed.

4. Security deposit

Where a refundable security deposit applies, it is tracked separately from the venue charge. After the event, the deposit may be released, partially deducted or fully deducted for documented damage, loss, extraordinary cleaning or other agreed charges.

Any deduction and refund must be recorded against the booking. A Billplz refund or bank transfer is completed outside the status screen and may take the payment provider or bank additional processing time.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the terms displayed during booking and in the confirmation, together with any written arrangement accepted by us. Requests are not effective until acknowledged.

A cancellation, status change or refund record in the booking system does not by itself reverse a payment at Billplz or the bank. Approved refunds must also be processed through the applicable payment channel.

6. Venue use and organiser responsibilities

• Follow confirmed access times, capacity limits, safety instructions and the agreed room layout.
• Use the venue lawfully and do not damage, remove or interfere with premises, equipment, network access or other property.
• Supervise participants and suppliers, provide accurate operational requirements and promptly report damage, incidents or accessibility needs.
• Do not use the venue for a materially different activity without prior written agreement.

7. Accounts and acceptable website use

Keep login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not probe, disrupt, automate abusive requests, bypass booking controls, upload malicious material or attempt to access another customer’s booking or event history.

8. Service changes and responsibility

We may temporarily restrict the website or venue for security, maintenance, safety, legal requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If a confirmed booking is affected, we will work with the organiser on the available remedy under the applicable booking terms and law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the confirmed booking.

9. Intellectual property, privacy and law

Website content, branding and approved media remain owned by or licensed to their respective owners. You may not republish them commercially without permission.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the Malaysian courts unless the parties agree to another lawful process.
